Looking for the manual for your Wilkhahn chair or table? Wilkhahn has a central Media Center with manuals, brochures and CAD files for each model. There's also a separate After Sales page with maintenance and cleaning information. In this article you'll find where to locate them.

Where can I find the manuals?

All Wilkhahn manuals and related documentation are available in the Media Center:

Select your product category (for example Task chairs or Conference chairs) and then your model. Choose the documents you need and download them as a ZIP file.

There you'll find care and cleaning instructions for leather, fabrics and table tops. Useful if you want to clean upholstery or maintain your work surface.

Documentation languages

The Media Center is available in English, German, French and Spanish (not Dutch). The PDFs themselves are often multilingual and may contain a Dutch section. If in doubt: open the PDF and scroll to the Dutch language pages.

Have the model number handy

Wilkhahn uses model numbers (such as 170 for ON, 184 for IN). The number is usually found on a sticker under the chair or on the packaging. It's helpful to have this ready when searching in the Media Center.
