At Ergowerken, you can receive your order in three ways: have it delivered to your home or workplace, pick it up at a parcel point, or collect it yourself at our showroom in Breda. Which option works best depends on where you are and when it suits you. In this article, you'll find out what each method involves.
The standard option: a reliable carrier brings your order to the address you've provided. Whether that's home, the office, or at family or friends.
What you get:
Does the delivery time not fit your schedule? Have your order delivered to a nearby parcel point. You'll pick it up whenever it suits you.
What you get:
You choose the parcel point during checkout or via your track & trace.
Want your order in hand right away? Collect it at our showroom in Breda. You're welcome on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00. Your pickup address:
Ergowerken Zinkstraat 53A 4823 AC Breda
When you pick up, you can take the product with you immediately. You can pay by card on-site, or you've paid online in advance.
Items we have in stock are delivered by DHL or DPD. Out-of-stock products may come directly from the supplier, sometimes with a different carrier. For large or heavy products, such as sit-stand desks with tops, we use a freight carrier. See the article on delivery of large products for details.
Not by default. With some sit-stand desks, we do offer delivery with assembly. On the product page of such a desk, you'll see this as an option when ordering. Without that option, the product is only delivered to your door.
Yes, that can happen. Sometimes we split an order into multiple shipments to get delivery to you as quickly as possible. One part comes from our warehouse, another directly from the supplier or manufacturer. You usually get your own track & trace for each shipment.
Check the address you've entered. Some delivery options work via an address database. With a non-existent address or incorrect combination, the system may not load all methods. Is your address correct and you still don't see home delivery or pickup options? Get in touch with us.
