My product arrived damaged or incomplete, what should I do?

It's frustrating when your product arrives damaged or incomplete. We want to resolve it as quickly as possible, but you'll need to let us know. In this article you'll find the best way to do that.

Report it within 24 hours

Please report it within 24 hours of receipt if possible. The sooner, the faster we can help you. If you can't make it, no problem: we'll handle reports that come in later too. The important thing is that you act as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Send photos

Take photos of:

  • The packaging
  • The product

This way we can see right away what happened, and we can suggest a suitable solution more quickly.
