What if the product packaging is damaged or missing?

Product packaging is not a detail when returning an item. Damaged or missing packaging directly affects the refund you receive. Read on to learn how it works.

Why is packaging important?

Damaged or missing packaging makes the product unsellable for us. We then need to check if a new box is available, order it, and repackage the product.

Refund for damaged or missing packaging

For unnecessarily damaged or lost product packaging, we credit a maximum of 75% of the purchase amount.

Exception: packaging that must be cut open

Some packaging, such as blister packs, can only be opened by cutting or tearing them. That is your right and does not count as damaged packaging. In that case, you receive 100% refund on your return.

Tip: keep the packaging during your inspection period

Unsure if you want to keep the product? Keep the product packaging and handle it carefully. That saves you credit if you decide to return it anyway.
