What should I pay attention to when returning an item?

A hassle-free return is best for both you and us. In this article, you'll find the key points to keep in mind. Follow them, and your return will go smoothly and you'll receive the correct refund.

Terms for free returns

  • From the Netherlands: package maximum 175 x 78 x 58 cm and under 30 kg, free return
  • From Belgium: package maximum 175 x 78 x 58 cm, return label costs €6.95 (including VAT)

What we ask of you

  • Pack the product completely as you received it
  • Use original product packaging (and place it in an outer box)
  • Request 1 return label per order. Combine products in the same box if they fit within the carrier's terms. Did we send your order in multiple boxes? You can return it in multiple boxes too
  • Return within 14 days of receiving the label. After 14 days, we ask you to return it at your own cost
  • For businesses: maximum 1 item per product type for return. Want to order larger quantities? Order 1 first to test it

What if there's an issue with the product?

  • Signs of use: we credit a maximum of 50% of the purchase price
  • Soiling: cleaning costs may be charged
  • Product packaging unnecessarily damaged or missing: maximum 75% credit
  • Damage from use: we charge repair costs
  • Scratches on the underside of a mouse: we consider this a damaged product

Special cases

  • Cooling clothing: trying on is allowed, but once you activate the cooling, the return right expires
  • Packaging that can only be opened by breaking it (such as blister packs): if the packaging cannot be opened any other way than by damaging it, you receive a full 100% refund upon return

These terms apply to returns within the 90-day inspection period from the Netherlands and Belgium.
