How does returning work as a business?
Ordering from Ergowerken as a business? You can return products, but there's an additional rule. Learn what you need to know in this article.
Number of units per product type
You can return a maximum of 1 unit per product type. For example, if you ordered 10 identical mice? You can return 1 unit if it doesn't suit you, not all 10.
Want to order larger quantities?
Unsure about a product you want to purchase in larger quantities for your team? Order 1 first to try out with colleagues or customers. If it works out, you can then place the larger order with more confidence.
Otherwise the same terms as for consumers
For the rest, businesses are subject to exactly the same conditions:
- 90-day inspection period from receipt (30 days for seating furniture)
- Free returns from the Netherlands, €6.95 from Belgium (to be paid by you)
- 14 days after receiving the label to send it back
- Signs of use or damaged packaging may result in a lower refund
