How does returning work at Ergowerken?

You've ordered something that doesn't suit you after all, or you've changed your mind. No problem, you can return it to us within 90 days of receipt. In this article you'll find an overview of how it works.

In short

  • 90-day right of return from receipt (30 days for seating furniture such as office chairs, desk bikes, standing aids, saddle stools and desks)
  • Free returns from the Netherlands
  • €6.95 for a return label from Belgium
  • Transit time 1 working day NL, 2-3 working days BE
  • After receiving your return label you have 14 days to send your package back

The process

  1. You report your return via the return portal, your account, email or phone.
  2. You'll receive confirmation and a prepaid return label by email within 24 hours on working days.
  3. You pack your product (in original packaging, in an outer box) and stick the label on the longest side.
  4. You take the package to a pickup point or have it collected.
  5. We receive the package, usually check it the same day and get in touch.
  6. You choose between a refund or an alternative product.

When can I return?

Within 90 days of receiving your order. For seating furniture, 30 days apply. After that, returns are no longer possible.

What if I've already used my product?

Careful testing to assess the product is allowed. Intensive use is not, as signs of use will result in a lower refund.
