What do we do for you?
If your warranty claim falls under the manufacturer's responsibility, we handle the communication:
- We send through your purchase details
- We discuss the defect with the manufacturer
- We arrange the next steps, whether that's repair, replacement, or sending a part
- We keep you updated on progress
You only need to stay in touch with us, not the manufacturer as well.
