You expected your order today, but there's no package at the door. Or tracking hasn't updated for a few days. In this article, you'll find out what to do first and when to contact us.
First check track & trace
First, check the track & trace for the most up-to-date status of your order. It's possible that:
- The delivery has been postponed by a day
- The package has been left at a pickup point nearby
- There's a time window for today that you hadn't seen yet

Missing parcel investigation
With some carriers, there is a minimum waiting period of 5 business days before we can start an official missing parcel investigation. We'll keep you informed about the status and how we'll continue searching.
