My payment isn't working, what do I do?

Something went wrong during checkout, and your payment didn't go through. Don't worry, you don't need to place the entire order again. In this article, you'll learn how to complete the payment, with or without an Ergowerken account.

With an Ergowerken account

Do you have an account? Then you can complete the payment yourself:

  1. Log in to your Ergowerken account.
  2. Go to My account > My orders.
  3. Click View next to the order.
  4. Click Pay now to complete the payment.

Without an account

Don't have an account? Please contact us. We'll send you a payment link within 24 hours so you can confirm your order without placing it again.

Other possible causes

Sometimes the problem is beyond our control. Common causes include:

  • Balance limit reached on iDEAL or debit card. Try a different payment method or contact your bank to increase your limit.
  • Internet connection lost during payment. Wait a moment and try again.
  • Banking app closed before payment was completed. Then confirm using the steps under "With an Ergowerken account" above.
