Processing time determines when your order enters shipment. At Ergowerken, virtually all payment methods are processed immediately. Only bank transfer takes a bit longer. In this article you can read the difference.
Processed immediately
As soon as you've paid, your payment is processed right away. That means your order enters processing immediately without waiting for the money to arrive. Orders placed and paid for on weekdays before 17:00 typically arrive the next business day.
Bank transfer: 1-2 extra business days
Bank transfer is the only exception. Before the money reaches us, you're typically 1-2 business days further along. Your order therefore departs 1-2 business days later than with an immediately-processing method. Does your payment fall on the weekend? Then it may take until the next business day before we see the bank transfer.

When ordering on account and Klarna
With both methods, your order enters processing immediately. You pay afterward:
- Order on account (business): invoice afterward, 30-day payment term
- Klarna (consumer): invoice afterward via Klarna, 30-day payment term
