Mollie
Mollie is our payment partner for the majority of payment methods, such as iDEAL, PayPal, and credit card.
Pay.nl
Through Pay.nl, we handle the payment methods Google Pay and Apple Pay.
What will I see on my bank statement?
On your bank statement, Ergowerken or 7day will appear as the reference. 7day is the official business name under which Ergowerken is registered. Both refer to the same order.
What happens to my payment details?
Your payment details are transmitted through the secure environment of the payment partner (Mollie or Pay.nl). Ergowerken does not store payment details. We can only view them in the payment partner's own systems, to the extent necessary for support or administration.
An exception: Klarna
With Klarna, you don't pay Ergowerken, but directly to Klarna. On your bank statement, you will see Klarna as the recipient. See the article about Klarna for details.
