How does a warranty return from Germany work?

Did you order from us from Germany and is your product defective? You can also register your warranty return with us from Germany. Read what you need to know in this article.

Prepaid return label at our cost

For warranty returns from Germany, you receive a prepaid return label at our cost. Unlike sight period returns, you don't have to pay for this yourself.

Transit time

Packages from Germany take approximately 2-3 business days to reach us.

Package size

For warranty returns, we also arrange the right carrier and appropriate shipping from Germany. Doesn't your product fit in a standard package? Then contact us first via klantenservice@ergowerken.nl, and we'll see what's possible.

Difference from a sight period return

For a product you simply don't like (sight period return), you pay for the return shipment yourself from Germany. For a defective product under warranty, we arrange the label at our cost.

What about the rest of the terms?

Otherwise, the same rules apply as for Dutch and Belgian warranty returns: complete delivery, handling charges if the product turns out not to be defective, and special arrangements for wear parts.
