For warranty returns from Belgium, you'll receive a prepaid return label at our expense. Unlike a sight return, you won't have to pay for this yourself.
Maximum package size
For warranty returns from Belgium, the limit is: maximum 120 x 60 x 60 cm and 23 kg.

Packages from Belgium take approximately 2-3 business days to reach us.
Which carrier?
For warranty returns, we arrange the right carrier. The label you receive by email will show where you can drop off your package.
