How long does my warranty return take?
A defective product is always inconvenient. We do everything we can to process your warranty return quickly. In this article you can see what to expect.
From notification to return label
On business days you will receive a message and a prepaid return label via email within 24 hours.
Transit time
The package takes approximately 1-2 business days to arrive. We typically receive packages in the afternoon.
Assessment and solution
After receipt we assess the product within 2-3 business days and determine the right solution: repair, replacement, or sometimes sending a spare part.
Total processing time
Expect the following total processing times from the date of return:

What if it takes longer?
For more complex defects it may take longer, for example if we need to order parts from the manufacturer. In that case we will keep you updated on progress.
