For a return label from Belgium you pay €6.95 including VAT. You pay these costs yourself and we will not deduct them from your refund.
Maximum package size
Your package may be a maximum of 175 x 78 x 58 cm for a return from Belgium.

Packages from Belgium take approximately 2-3 business days to reach us.
Which carrier?
Returns from Belgium are handled via DHL or DPD. The label you receive by email will show which carrier is used for your return and where you can drop off your package.
How do I register?
Registration works the same way as from the Netherlands:
On business days you will receive a response within 24 hours.
What about the other terms?
The same rules apply as for Dutch returns: 90 days right of return (30 days for seating furniture), 14 days to use the label, and signs of use will result in lower credit.
