A return is handled in 8 steps with us. Below you can see what happens from the moment you register your return until you receive your money back or an alternative.
Register your return via the return portal, your account, email (klantenservice@ergowerken.nl), phone (076 2600 207) or the withdrawal form. You'll receive confirmation within 24 hours on business days.
Pack your product carefully. Check that everything is complete and preferably use the original packaging. Place the product packaging in an outer box and pack it well so the product is properly protected.
You'll receive the prepaid return label by email. Customers in the Netherlands receive a free label; customers in Belgium pay €6.95 (including VAT). Attach the label to the longest side of the box.
Take the package to the nearest pickup point. You have 14 days from receiving the label to send the package back.
Within the Netherlands, your package takes approximately 1 business day to arrive. From Belgium it takes approximately 2-3 business days. We typically receive packages in the afternoon.
We inspect your return as quickly as possible, usually the same day. We check the functionality and whether the product is in good condition. We'll then contact you.
