A warranty return goes through 8 steps with us. Below you can see what happens from the moment you report a defect until you have a repaired or replaced product in your hands.
1. Report
Report your defect via:

You'll receive a response within 24 hours on business days.
2. Pack
Pack your product securely and check that it's complete. A wireless mouse? Don't forget the dongle. Place the product packaging in a larger box and fill it well so the product is well protected and arrives in good condition.
3. Attach label
You'll receive your prepaid return label by email, along with clear instructions. Stick the label on the longest side of the box.
4. Drop off or arrange pickup
Take the package to a pickup point of the carrier within 14 days. Some carriers can also pick up the package at your door if they're in the area for a delivery anyway.
5. Your package returns
The package is in transit for approximately 1-2 business days. We usually receive packages in the afternoon.
6. Defect inspection
We assess your product as quickly as possible. We check whether the defect is accurate and whether it's covered by the warranty.
7. Repair or replacement
Depending on the defect, we'll decide together on:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with a new unit
For products with parts we can replace separately, we sometimes send a replacement part instead of repairing the entire product.
8. Package back to you
Once the product is repaired or replaced, we'll send it back. Allow for a turnaround time from return of 2-4 business days for the Netherlands and 2-5 business days for Belgium.
