My track & trace isn't working yet, what should I do?
You've received a tracking number, but the page isn't showing any data yet. No need to worry – this is usually normal and resolves itself within a few hours. In this article, you'll find out why this happens and when you should take action.
Why tracking information sometimes takes a moment to appear
It always takes a little while before the tracking page becomes active. Packages go directly from us to a sorting center, where they receive their first scan on the sorting line. That first scan usually happens in the evening, after which your tracking page will show the first information.
In other words: the system can only show information once the package reaches the sorting center. Until then, it's a waiting game.
