According to track & trace my package was delivered, but I received nothing
Your track & trace says your package has been delivered, but you can't find it anywhere. Frustrating, but there are a few places worth checking first. In this article you'll see where your package likely is and what to do if you can't find it.
Check these spots first
Run through these checks:
- Is there a note from the delivery person? Sometimes packages are left with a neighbour and the delivery person leaves a note.
- Is the package in your mailbox? Smaller packages sometimes fit through the slot.
- Could it be with your neighbours? Ask your immediate neighbours quickly.
- Look in your track & trace for a pickup point. If the delivery person didn't find anyone home, your package is often already at a nearby pickup point.
