How is a large or heavy product delivered?

Ordering a large or heavy product, such as a sit-stand desk with top? Then it won't be delivered via standard parcel post. Read what you can expect in this article.

Delivery via a freight forwarder

Products that are too large or too heavy for standard parcel post are delivered via a freight forwarder. Mainly desks with tops fall into this category.

When will it be delivered?

Allow for a delivery time of 5-15 working days from the moment of ordering. The courier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Where will it be delivered to?

Standard delivery is to your door.

Delivery with assembly

For products where delivery and assembly are included, such as some sit-stand desks, the terms of that specific delivery service apply. You can view these terms on the product page or in the confirmation email.
