What if I'm not home during delivery?
Not home when the delivery driver rings? No problem, your package won't get lost. The delivery driver has a fixed route that we explain below.
What the delivery driver does if you're not home
- Try with the neighbors: the delivery driver will first try to deliver your package to one of your direct neighbors.
- Pickup point nearby: if that doesn't work, your package usually goes to a nearby pickup point after the first attempt.
You can always see where your package has been delivered via your track & trace.
How long does my package stay at a pickup point?
A package usually stays at the pickup point for 5 business days before it's returned. Pick it up as soon as possible once you receive a notification from the pickup point.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
That varies by country and carrier. You'll see the current delivery day and any options in your track & trace.
