You've just placed an order and realize you've made a typo in the address. Or entered the wrong house number. No need to panic—in most cases we can still fix it. Read on to find out how.
Let us know quickly and it pays off
The sooner you tell us, the better our chances of making the change. In most cases we can process changes until 16:30 on the day of your order, as long as your order hasn't been processed or handed over to the courier yet. For customers in Germany, an earlier cut-off applies: 14:30.
Have you already received a track & trace notification? Changes may still be possible in some cases, but that depends on the status with the courier.
What if we can't make the change?
If the courier notices an incorrect address, they'll send the package back to us. We'll then get in touch to reschedule delivery.
