How you receive the invoice

We send the invoice automatically by email. The invoice arrives together with the "thank you for your order" email. Can't find it? First check your spam folder, it often ends up there.

Still no luck? Request it again via 076 2600 207 or klantenservice@ergowerken.nl, and we'll send it to you again.

When ordering on account

Did you place a business order on account? Then the invoice is sent physically with the product, instead of by email.
