How do I request a bank account verification?

For your accounts payable administration, you sometimes need a signed verification of a supplier's bank account number. At Ergowerken, you can request this. In this article, you'll find out how.

Depending on what your organization needs:

How do I request it?

Send an email to klantenservice@ergowerken.nl with:

  • Which option you need (email verification or official bank certificate)
  • The relevant invoice as an attachment
  • Any special requirements from your administration

How long does it take?

For a quick email verification, we can usually deliver the same or next business day. An official bank certificate takes longer, as the bank provides this on request.
