What can and cannot I do during my viewing period?

A viewing period is not a free pass to use a product intensively for 90 days and then return it. In this article you'll find out what is intended and what you should avoid.

What is allowed

  • Unpack carefully and inspect
  • Connect and try briefly to assess
  • Check whether it fits your workspace and way of working
  • Keep the product in its original packaging if you're unsure
  • Take a few days to adjust if it's an ergonomic product you'll use daily

What is not intended

  • Use intensively for 90 days before returning
  • Expose the product to wear and tear (stains, scratches, dents)
  • Throw away the product packaging before you know if you want to keep it
  • Lose parts or make the product incomplete

What if there are signs of use anyway?

A return with signs of use is still possible, but the refund will be lower. With signs of use we credit a maximum of 50% of the purchase price.

Why these rules?

We can no longer sell a product with signs of use as new. We need to check if it can find a good purpose elsewhere, and that costs time and money. By handling your purchase carefully during the viewing period, you keep the option open to return it in full.
