When does my viewing period start and when does it end?

When does the inspection period start?
As soon as you have received your complete order. You don't need to register or fill in a form—it starts automatically.
What if my order is delivered in parts?
If you order multiple products and they're delivered in separate shipments, the inspection period only starts once everything has arrived. You have up to 90 days from the last delivery to decide.
When does the inspection period end?
Exactly 90 days after receipt (or 30 days for seating furniture). Once the inspection period has passed, it is no longer possible to return the product.
What if I've had my product for longer than 90 days?
Then you can no longer return it under the inspection period. Is the product defective? You can still claim the warranty as long as it's valid.
How do I know when my inspection period expires?
