At Ergowerken, you have 90 days to decide whether a product is right for you. This is called the inspection period. In this article, you'll learn what it means and how it works.
What does it mean?
An inspection period gives you the opportunity to carefully examine and try the product, and then decide whether you want to keep it. Doesn't fit your workspace or how you work? Return it within 90 days.
How long exactly?
- 90 days for most products
- 30 days for seating furniture: office chairs, desk bikes, standing aids, saddle stools, and desks
The period starts automatically when you receive your order. You don't need to do anything to use your inspection period.
What do I need to do to use the inspection period?
Nothing at all. Every order you place automatically comes with an inspection period.
What can I do during the inspection period?
- Carefully unpack and examine the product
- Connect and briefly test it
- Assess whether it fits your way of working
Not recommended: 90 days of intensive use, as this will quickly result in signs of wear that reduce the return refund.
What if I want to keep the product?
Do nothing at all. After 90 days, the inspection period expires automatically.
What if I want to return the product?
Report your return within the inspection period. You'll receive a prepaid return label and can send the package back for free from the Netherlands (€6.95 from Belgium). For the full return process, see the related article.
