Keychron keyboards work driver-free. To configure and update firmware, you'll use two tools: VIA (a web app for configuration) and QMK Toolbox (for firmware updates). In this article, you'll find out where to get them.
Configuration with VIA
Many Keychron keyboards support VIA, a web app that lets you remap keys, set up macros, and manage RGB lighting. No installation needed – it works directly in your browser. VIA detects your keyboard automatically as soon as you connect it (Chrome or Edge only).

For firmware updates, Keychron has a central page where you can download the right firmware for your model.
