How do I report a return?

There are four ways to report your return. Choose the one that suits you best. Whichever you choose, you'll receive a response within 24 hours on weekdays.

Via the return portal

The fastest way: report your return at ergowerken.montareturns.com. The portal will guide you through the steps.

Via your account

Log in to your Ergowerken account and select the option to request a return for your order.

Via email

Send an email to klantenservice@ergowerken.nl. Include your order number and briefly specify which product you wish to return.

Via phone

Call us on 076 2600 207. Available on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00.

You may also use the official cancellation form. You can find it here as a PDF.

What happens next?

After you report your return, you'll receive a prepaid return label via email within 24 hours on weekdays. The email will also include clear instructions, such as where to place the label on the longest side of the box.


This information applies to returns reported within the 90-day return period.
